Many other fairing manufacturers still rely on compression molding to produce their products. Compression molding, although inexpensive, is highly inaccurate. It’s for this reason that ZXMT produces fairings and bodywork using injection molds. Although far more expensive, injection molds produce molded products that are consistently identical. Bodywork that comes out of an injection molds is identical to the OEM bodywork. This insures that every fairing mounts up perfectly, every time. At ZXMT, we currently have over 60 sets of injection molds – far more than any other factory. These molds allow us to produce OEM grade replacement fairings for nearly every brand of Sportbike including Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, BMW, and Ducati.

In addition to using precision molding techniques and only the highest grade ABS plastic in them, at ZXMT all of our products are painted and finished using UV light solidification technology. Unlike conventional painting techniques used by our competitors, this technology ensures that our fairings are better protected from fading and fast shipping.short production within 5 days.

Of course, it makes no sense to produce these high quality products and then not have them packed properly for delivery to our customers. For this reason, all of our fairings are packaged in anti-abrasive foam before they are put in strong, 7 ply corrugated paper boxes，breakage rate lower than 1.5%.
